E.g A genuine estate we have done in the past: an industrial estate consisted of eight industrial units on about three acres of land. We charged £475 a month since a large proportion of the estate was concrete and our job was to ensure it was tidy as well as general maintenance of plants and lawn care. We visited the site twice a month. We had applied our guaranteed discount of £47.50 a month, meaning that the full price guarantee we undercut another supplier by was originally £522.50. Over the year (in twelve months) a saving of £570 was made.
